పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ కు వచ్చే బాధితులకు పోలీసుల పట్ల భరోసా నమ్మకాన్ని కలిగించడంతో పాటు, నిరుపేద ప్రజలకు పోలీస్ అధికారులు అండగా నిలవాలని ఈ సందర్భంగా పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ పదోన్నతి పొందిన ఎస్ఐలకు సూచించారు.
