నడిచే యుద్ధనౌక ఆగిపోయిందన్నారే..
మండే సూర్యుడు అస్తమించాడని
గోల పెట్టేస్తున్నారే..
ప్రజాగాయకుడు
విగత జీవుడా..
పదంతో ప్రకంపనలు సృష్టించిన..
పాదంతో విధ్వంసాలను
అణచిపెట్టిన..
పధంతో తిరుగుబాట్లకు
ప్రాణం పోసిన..
విప్లవవీరుడు
ఒక చోట ఆగిపోతాడా..
భూమి మీదైనా..
భూమి కిందైనా..
మళ్లీ మళ్లీ చిందైనా
అంటూ ఉండడా..
ఊరుకునే రకమా..
అంతమైపోయే శకమా..!
మట్టిలో పుట్టినోడు
మట్టిలోనే కలసిపోతడంట..
అదిగో గద్దరును తనలో
కలిపేసుకున్న మట్టి
రుధిర వర్ణం దాల్చిందే..
అక్కడ మట్టికి అంతలోనే
ఆ విప్లవ వాసనెలా..
అంతటి యుద్ధనౌక
తనలో కలిసిందనేగా..!

ఆ ప్రతిధ్వనులేంటి..
గొంతు ఇంకా గర్జిస్తునే ఉందా..!?
మూసుకున్నా గాని
ఆ కళ్ళు
లోకంలోని కుళ్ళు చూస్తూ
నిప్పులు వర్షిస్తూనే ఉన్నాయా..
ఔనులే..తిరగబడే బుద్ది
ఎక్కడికి పోతుంది..
అది చచ్చినా చావదే..
అందుకే అంటారు..
