సింగరేణి కార్మికులకు లాభాలలో వాటాను ప్రకటించారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సహా డిప్యూటీ సీఎం భట్టి విక్రమార్క మల్లు, మంత్రులు పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి, దుద్దిల్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు, కోమటి రెడ్డి వెంకట్ రెడ్డి, వివేక్ వెంకట స్వామి, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు గండ్ర సత్య నారాయణ రావు, ఎమ్మెల్యే మక్కన్ సింగ్ రాజ ఠాకూర్ పాల్గొన్నారు.

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సాధనలో సింగరేణి కార్మికుల పోరాటాన్ని చరిత్ర ఎప్పటికీ మరవదని గుర్తుచేశారు. రాష్ట్ర సాధనలో ప్రత్యేక పాత్ర పోషించిన సింగరేణి కార్మికులను తమ పార్టీ, ప్రభుత్వం ఎప్పటికీ గుర్తిస్తూ ఉంటుందని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు.
సింగరేణి లాభాల బాటలో నడవడానికి కార్మికులు చేసిన కృషిని ప్రశంసించిన సీఎం, అందుకే లాభాల్లో వాటా కార్మికులకు పంచే నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నామని తెలిపారు. “సింగరేణిని కార్పొరేట్ కంపెనీలతో పోటీ పడగల స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్తాం” అని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
సింగరేణి ఆర్థిక వివరాలు:
- మొత్తం ఆదాయం: రూ.6394 కోట్లు
- భవిష్యత్ పెట్టుబడులకు: రూ.4034 కోట్లు
- నికర లాభం: రూ.2360 కోట్లు
- అందులో 34% అంటే రూ.819 కోట్లు పర్మినెంట్ కార్మికులకు బోనస్గా కేటాయింపు
కాంట్రాక్టు కార్మికుల విషయంలో గత సంవత్సరం రూ.5000 బోనస్ ఇవ్వగా, ఈసారి రూ.5500 అందజేయనున్నట్లు సీఎం తెలిపారు.
కార్మికుల డిమాండ్లు – ప్రభుత్వ స్పందన
ప్రైవేటు వ్యక్తులకు అప్పగించిన గనులను తిరిగి సింగరేణికి అప్పగించాలని కార్మికులు కోరిన విషయాన్ని సీఎం ప్రస్తావించారు. “ప్రైవేటు భాగస్వామ్యం పెరిగితే భవిష్యత్లో సింగరేణి మనుగడ ప్రశ్నార్థకమవుతుంది. ఈ సమస్యపై కేంద్రంతో మాట్లాడి పరిష్కారానికి కృషి చేస్తాం” అని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
దీపావళి పండుగకు కూడా కార్మికులకు ప్రత్యేక బోనస్ ప్రకటిస్తామని సీఎం వెల్లడించారు.
కేంద్రంపై విమర్శలు
జీఎస్టీ సవరణల కారణంగా రాష్ట్రానికి దాదాపు రూ.7 వేల కోట్లు ఆదాయం తగ్గిందని సీఎం ఆరోపించారు. “రాష్ట్రానికి జరిగిన నష్టాన్ని తక్షణమే కేంద్రం పూడ్చాలి” అని ఆయన డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

సింగరేణి కార్మికులకు దసరా బోనస్ ప్రకటించారు. సంస్థ లాభాల్లో 34 శాతాన్ని కార్మికులకు పంచాలని నిర్ణయించినట్లు డిప్యూటీ సీఎం భట్టి విక్రమార్క తెలిపారు. ఒక్కో కార్మికుడికి బోనస్గా రూ.1,95,610 పంపిణీ చేయనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. మొత్తంగా రూ.819 కోట్లను కార్మికులకు పంపిణీ చేస్తామన్నారు. సింగరేణి సంస్థ మొత్తంగా రూ.6,394 కోట్లు ఆర్జించిందని వివరించారు. ఈ బోనస్తో 71 వేల మంది ఉద్యోగులకు లబ్ధి చేకూరనుంది. దీపావళికి కూడా బోనస్ ఇస్తామని భట్టి విక్రమార్క తెలిపారు.
