ఈ స్థలానికి సంబంధించిన వేలం పాటకు మొత్తం 11 బిడ్లు దాఖలు కాగా, 4 గురు బిడ్డర్లు వేలం పాటలో పాల్గొన్నారని హౌజింగ్ బోర్డు వైస్ ఛైర్మన్ శ్రీ వి.పి.గౌతం తెలిపారు. ఇన్ స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ చార్టర్ అక్కౌంటెన్సీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా సంస్థ వారు ఈ ఎకరా విస్తీర్ణం భూమిని రూ.65.34 కోట్లకు వేలం పాటలో కొనుగోలు చేసినట్లు ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
రాజీవ్ స్వగృహ ఫ్లాట్ల ద్వారా 26 కోట్లు
బండ్లగూడ నాగోల్ లోని రాజీవ్ స్వగృహ ఫ్లాట్ల ను దరఖాస్తు దారులకు లాటరీ ద్వారా కేటాయించడం ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వానికి 26 కోట్ల మేర ఆదాయం సమకూరింది. కేవలం మధ్యతరగతి వర్గాల ప్రజల కు మేలు చేకూరేలా అందుబాటులోని ధరలతో ఈ ఫ్లాట్లను తక్కువ ధరలతో విక్రయించారు. ఇక్కడి 159 ఫ్లాట్లకు దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానించగా, మొత్తం 131 ఫ్లాట్లను లాటరీ ద్వారా కేటాయించడం ద్వారా 26 కోట్ల మేర ఆదాయం వచ్చింది.
