కానిస్టేబుల్ నుంచి ఐపీఎస్ వరకు ఉదయ్ కృష్ణారెడ్డి ప్రయాణం
ఒక సీఐ చేతిలో ఎదురైన అవమానం ఓ యువకుడిని ఐపీఎస్ అధికారి అయ్యేలా మలిచింది. ఇది ప్రకాశం జిల్లాకు చెందిన ఉదయ్ కృష్ణారెడ్డి విజయగాథ. చిన్ననాటి లోటు, కష్టాల్లో పెరిగిన జీవితం, ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలో చదువు, ఒక పక్క కుటుంబ భాద్యతలు—all these only strengthened his will.

ఒక సీఐ చేతిలో 60 మంది సిబ్బంది ఎదుట జరిగిన అవమానం అతని ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని దెబ్బతీసింది. 2018లో ఉద్యోగానికి రాజీనామా చేసి సివిల్స్ ప్రిపరేషన్ మొదలెట్టాడు. మొదటి మూడు ప్రయత్నాల్లో విఫలమైనా, నాలుగోసారి 780 ర్యాంక్తో రైల్వే మేనేజ్మెంట్ సర్వీసెస్లో చేరాడు. ఐదో ప్రయత్నంలో అలిండియా 350వ ర్యాంకుతో ఐపీఎస్కు ఎంపికయ్యాడు.
