హైదరాబాద్ :- భూ పరిపాలన వ్యవస్ధను మరింత పారదర్శకంగా వేగవంతంగా అందించడానికి రెవెన్యూ, స్టాంప్స్ & రిజిస్ట్రేషన్, సర్వే విభాగాలను ఒకే ప్లాట్ ఫామ్ మీదకు తీసుకువచ్చి భూభారతి పోర్టల్ తో అనుసంధానం చేస్తున్నామని రాష్ట్ర రెవెన్యూ, హౌసింగ్, సమాచార పౌరసంబంధాల శాఖ మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి ప్రకటించారు. వచ్చే జనవరి నెలలో ఆధునీకరించిన ఈ వ్యవస్ధను ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకువస్తామని తెలిపారు.
సోమవారం నాడు మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి నాంపల్లిలోని సి.సి.ఎల్.ఎ. కార్యాలయాన్ని ఆకస్మికంగా తనిఖీ చేశారు. అనంతరం వివిధ విభాగాలతో సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా మంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ భూ పరిపాలనకు కేంద్రమైన సిసిఎల్ ఎ కార్యాలయం నిర్వహణ సరిగా లేదని అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. కార్పొరేట్కు ధీటుగా ఆఫీసును ఆధునీకరించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. వచ్చే నెలలో మరోసారి కార్యాలయాన్ని తనిఖీ చేస్తానని, అప్పటివరకు కొంతమార్పు కనిపించాలని అన్నారు. వరుసగా విభాగాల వారీగా సమీక్షించడం కూడా జరుగుతుందని ఇందుకు సంబంధించి అధికారుల పూర్తి సమాచారంతో సిద్దంగా ఉండాలన్నారు.
దశాబ్దాల క్రితం ప్రభుత్వం వివిధ అవసరాల కోసం ప్రైవేటు వ్యక్తుల నుంచి భూ సేకరణ జరిపిందని, ఇప్పటికీ కొన్ని భూములు ప్రైవేటు వ్యక్తుల పేరు మీదే ఉన్నాయని ఇవన్నీ కూడా రికార్డులలో మార్చాలని, అలాగే అసైన్డ్ , భూధాన్ భూములపై సమీక్షతో పాటు కొన్ని సంవత్సరాల నుంచి ఉద్యోగులపై విజిలెన్స్ కేసులు పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నాయని ఏ విభాగంలో ఎన్ని కేసులు పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నాయి, ఎందుకు పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నాయి, కోర్టు కేసులన్నింటిపై పూర్తిస్ధాయి సమీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తానని అన్నారు.
రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా కొత్తగానిర్మించబోయే తహశీల్దార్ కార్యాలయాలు ఒకే మోడల్గా ఉండాలని ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన డిజైన్ రూపొందించాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.
