ఆరు నెలల పాటు వరంగల్ పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్లో ప్రవేశానికి నిషేధం

ప్రజా శాంతి భద్రతల పరిరక్షణలో భాగంగా మీల్స్ కాలనీకి చెందిన రౌడీషీటర్ వంచనగిరి సురేష్ @ కోతి సురేష్ను వరంగల్ పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ పరిధి నుంచి బహిష్కరిస్తూ వరంగల్ పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ సన్ ప్రీత్ సింగ్ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.
వరంగల్ పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ పరిధిలో తొలిసారిగా, ప్రజా శాంతి భద్రతలకు భంగం కలిగిస్తున్న వ్యక్తిపై **హైదరాబాద్ సిటీ పోలీస్ చట్టం–1348 ఫస్లి (వరంగల్ మెట్రోపాలిటన్ ఏరియా పోలీస్ చట్టం–2015)**లోని సెక్షన్ 26(1) ప్రకారం ఆరు నెలల పాటు బహిష్కరణ చర్యలు చేపట్టారు.
మీల్స్ కాలనీ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధికి చెందిన వంచనగిరి సురేష్ (వయస్సు 31) రౌడీషీటర్గా గుర్తించబడిన వ్యక్తి. ఇతనిపై గతంలో పలు తీవ్రమైన నేర కేసులు నమోదై ఉండగా, అతని అక్రమ కార్యకలాపాలు ప్రజల్లో భయాందోళనలకు కారణమవుతున్నట్లు పోలీసు రికార్డులు స్పష్టం చేస్తున్నాయి. అతని చర్యల వల్ల స్థానికులు ఫిర్యాదులు చేయడానికి కూడా భయపడుతున్న పరిస్థితి నెలకొంది.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో కారణాలు చూపించాలని నోటీసులు జారీ చేసినప్పటికీ, సంబంధిత అధికారుల ఎదుట అతడు హాజరుకాలేదని, వ్రాతపూర్వక వివరణ కూడా సమర్పించలేదని పోలీసులు తెలిపారు. దీంతో అతని వైఖరి ప్రజా శాంతికి ముప్పుగా మారిందని నిర్ధారించారు.
ఈ ఉత్తర్వుల అనంతరం మీల్స్ కాలనీ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ రమేష్, ఎస్ఐ మిథున్లు నిందితుడికి వరంగల్ పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ సరిహద్దు వద్ద సీపీ జారీ చేసిన బహిష్కరణ ఉత్తర్వులను అందజేశారు.
ఆరు నెలల పాటు కమిషనరేట్ పరిధిలోకి ప్రవేశించకుండా వెంటనే బయటకు వెళ్లాలని ఆదేశాలు జారీ కాగా, కోర్టు హాజరు కోసం మాత్రమే ముందస్తు అనుమతితో ప్రవేశించేందుకు అనుమతి ఇవ్వనున్నట్లు పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.
వరంగల్ పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ పరిధిలో శాంతి భద్రతలకు విఘాతం కలిగించే వారిపై కఠిన చర్యలు కొనసాగుతాయని, ప్రజలు భయపడకుండా నేరాలపై సమాచారం అందించాలని వరంగల్ పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ ప్రజలకు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
