2007లో భద్రాద్రి కొత్తగూడెం జిల్లా పంచాయతీ రాజ్ శాఖలో పనిచేస్తున్న కర్నాటి నాగేశ్వరరావు అనారోగ్యంతో మరణించడంతో, ఆయన పెద్ద కుమారుడు దివ్యాంగుడైన రామకృష్ణ కారుణ్య నియామకం కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు.
కానీ పలు కారణాల వల్ల ఆ అభ్యర్థన పరిష్కారం కాలేదు. 2013లో ట్రైబ్యునల్ కూడా రామకృష్ణకు అనుకూలంగా తీర్పు ఇచ్చినా, ఉద్యోగం ఇవ్వలేదు.
దీంతో రామకృష్ణ తన తల్లి రాణితో కష్టాలు అనుభవిస్తూ జీవనం సాగించాల్సి వచ్చింది.
2023 డిసెంబర్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఏ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రారంభించిన ప్రజా దర్బార్లో రామకృష్ణ తన వినతిపత్రాన్ని సమర్పించారు. ఆ పత్రాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రివారి కార్యాలయం పరిశీలించి, పంచాయతీ రాజ్ శాఖ మంత్రి దనసరి అనసూయ (సీతక్క) కు పరిష్కారం చేయమని సూచన చేసింది. మంత్రి సీతక్క ఆదేశాలతో అధికారులు రామకృష్ణను నిబంధనల మేరకు ఆఫీస్ సబ్ ఆర్డినేట్గా నియమిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.
ఆయనకు అశ్వారావుపేట సబ్ డివిజన్లోని ముల్కలపల్లి మండలంలో పోస్టింగ్ ఇచ్చారు.
దీర్ఘకాలం న్యాయం కోసం ఎదురుచూసిన రామకృష్ణకు ఈ నియామకం ఊరట కలిగించింది. ప్రజా దర్బార్ ద్వారా సమస్య పరిష్కరించినందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారికి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు.
