అక్రెడిటేషన్స్ కొత్త జీ.ఓను సవరించాలి: TUWJ డిమాండ్
రెండు కార్డుల విధానానికి స్వస్తి పలకాలి.
27న రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా అన్ని జిల్లా కలెక్టరేట్ ల ముందు ఆందోళనకు పిలుపు
రెండు సంవత్సరాల తర్వాత తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని జర్నలిస్టులకు కొత్త అక్రెడిటేషన్స్ జారీ చేయడం కోసం ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకువచ్చిన జీ.ఓ నెంబర్ 252 పూర్తిగా లోపభూయిష్టంగా ఉందని టీ యూ డబ్ల్యూ జే రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి ఆస్కాని మారుతి సాగర్ అన్నారు. మంగళవారం సోమాజిగూడ ప్రెస్ క్లబ్ లో నిర్వహించిన మీడియా సమావేశంలో యూనియన్ కోశాధికారి పి.యోగనంద్, టెంజు ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి ఎ.రమణ కుమార్, ఐజేయు జాతీయ కార్యవర్గ సభ్యులు అవ్వారి భాస్కర్ లతో కలిసి ఆయన మాట్లాడారు. జర్నలిస్టుల కనీస హక్కు, ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని దెబ్బతీసే విధంగా, జర్నలిస్టుల మధ్య విభేదాలు తెచ్చే విధంగా కొత్త జీ.ఓ ఉందని ఆయన అభిప్రాయ పడ్డారు. తెలంగాణ కోసమే తెలంగాణ జర్నలిస్టులు అన్న నినాదంతో పనిచేసిన జర్నలిస్టులకు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత నాంపల్లి ఎగ్జిబిషన్ గ్రౌండ్ లో 2014 మార్చి నెలలో జరిగిన జర్నలిస్టు జాతరకు వచ్చిన అప్పటి కాబోయే ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ అందరి జర్నలిస్టులకు అక్రిడిటేషన్ కార్డులు ఇచ్చుకుందామని ప్రకటించిన విషయాన్ని ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన గుర్తు చేశారు. ఆయన సూచన మేరకు పూర్వ మీడియా అకాడమీ చైర్మన్ అల్లం నారాయణ దేశంలో ఏ రాష్ట్రంలో లేని విధంగా 23 వేల మంది జర్నలిస్టులకు అక్రెడిటే షన్స్ కార్డ్స్ జారీ చేయడం జరిగిందని వారు అన్నారు. ప్రధానంగా డెస్క్ జర్నలిస్టులను కూడా గుర్తించి ఒకే గొడుగు కిందికి తెచ్చి అందరికీ కార్డులివ్వగా 40 ఏళ్ల నుంచి జర్నలిస్టుల సంక్షేమం కోసం పనిచేస్తున్నామని ప్రగల్భాలు పలుకుతూ రెండు రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఉండే ఒక సంఘం అప్పట్లో దీనిని వ్యతిరేకించిందని, నేడు వాళ్ళ యూనియన్ కు చెందిన జాతీయ నాయకుడే మీడియా అకాడమీ చైర్మన్ ఉండటంతో ఇప్పుడు డెస్క్ జర్నలిస్టులను వేరు చేసి వాళ్ళ పంతాన్ని నెగ్గించుకున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. ఈ విషయాన్ని డెస్క్ జర్నలిస్టులు నిశితంగా గమనించాలని కోరారు. మీడియా అక్రిడిటేషన్ కార్డు, మీడియా కార్డు పేరిట రెండు కార్డులు తెచ్చి గందరగోళం సృష్టించారని, ఏ కార్డు వల్ల ఏ ప్రయోజనం జరుగుతుందో జీవోలో విశదీకరించలేదని, జర్నలిస్టులనే వాళ్లకు అందరికీ ఒకే రకమైన ప్రయోజనాలు ఉండాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి రెండు ఏళ్ళు పూర్తవుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో కొత్తగా ఇవ్వబోయే కార్డుల కోసం కొత్త నిబంధనలు పెట్టి కార్డులలో 10 వేలకు పైగా కోత పెట్టె విధంగా ప్రస్తుత నిబంధనలు తెచ్చారన్నారు. ఈ నిబంధనలతో జర్నలిస్టులు తమ హక్కుగా పొందే అక్రెడిటేషన్స్ కార్డులను కోల్పోవడం అనివార్యం అన్నారు. రిపోర్టర్స్, డెస్క్ జర్నలిస్టులకు మధ్య విబేధాలు సృష్టించే విధంగా “మీడియా కార్డును” తేవాలని యోచించడం శోచనీయం అని అన్నారు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత కేసీఆర్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఉన్న సమయంలో తీసుకు వచ్చిన జి.ఓ 239 ప్రకారం అప్పటి చైర్మన్ అల్లం నారాయణ కేబుల్ ఛానెల్ లకు రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో 12, జిల్లా స్థాయిలో నాలుగు అక్రెడిటేషన్స్ ఇవ్వగా ప్రస్తుత చైర్మన్ శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి కేబుల్ ఛానల్ పై కక్ష కట్టినట్లు రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో ఒక్క కార్డు కూడా ఇవ్వకుండా జీవో తేవడం వెనుక మర్మం ఏమిటో అర్థం కావటం లేదన్నారు. మండల స్థాయిలో లక్ష జనాభా పైన ఉంటే గతంలో అదనంగా కార్డులు ఇచ్చేవారని, ప్రస్తుతం కేవలం మండలానికి ఒక కార్డు, నియోజకవర్గానికి అసలు కార్డులే లేకుండా ఎత్తివేయడం వల్ల పార్ట్ టైం రిపోర్టర్లకు తీవ్ర అన్యాయం జరిగిందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి, సమాచార శాఖ మంత్రికి ప్రస్తుతం మీడియా అకాడమీ తో పాటు, ఆయన కొనసాగుతున్న సంఘం వారు తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఇవ్వడం వల్లే ఇలాంటి జీవో వచ్చి ఉంటుందని తాము భావిస్తున్నామని, రాష్ట్రంలోని మెజార్టీ జర్నలిస్టులు వ్యతిరేకించే ఈ జీవో ను వెంటనే పునః పరిశీలించి అర్హులైన అందరి జర్నలిస్టులకు అక్రిడిటేషన్ లు అందేలా నూతన జీఓను సవరించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. తెంజు రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రమణ కుమార్, కోశాధికారి యోగానంద్ లు మాట్లాడుతూ ఇండిపెండెంట్ జర్నలిస్టుల కనీస అనుభవం 10 సంవత్సరాలనుండి 15 సంవత్సరాల పెంచడం అన్యాయం అన్నారు. 23 వేల అక్రిడేషన్ కార్డులు ఇస్తే ఇక్కడ అర్హులకు కార్డులు ఇవ్వడం లేదని ఢిల్లీకి పోయి ధర్నా చేసిన ఆ ఆంధ్రా సంఘం నాయకులు ఇప్పుడు ఏం సమాధానం చెప్తారని ప్రశ్నించారు. పెద్ద పేపర్లకు, శాటిలైట్ ఛానల్ లకు సైతం భారీ స్థాయిలో కోత విధించారని, అనుభవంలోకి వస్తే కానీ అందరికీ అర్థం కాని విధంగా ఈ జీవో ను తీసుకువచ్చారని అన్నారు. ఐ జేయు నాయకులు భాస్కర్ మాట్లాడుతూ మీడియా అక్రిడిటేషన్ కమిటీలో ప్రెస్ కౌన్సిల్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా సభ్యులను ఎందుకు చేర్చారని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఢిల్లీలో ఒకపక్క పిసిఐ కమిటీయే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేయలేదని, అసలు ప్రస్తుతం సభ్యులే లేరని అలాంటప్పుడు ఎవరిని ఈ కమిటీలో సభ్యులుగా చేరుస్తారో అర్థం కావడం లేదన్నారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో హైదరాబాద్ జిల్లా ఇంచార్జ్ నవీన్ కుమార్ యారా, జిల్లా అధ్యక్షులు రాకేష్ రెడ్డి, జిల్లా కోశాధికారి బాపూరావు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

ప్రభుత్వం కొత్తగా తెచ్చిన జీ.ఓ 252 ను సవరించాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ఈ నెల 27 అన్ని జిల్లా కేంద్రాల్లో కలెక్టర్ కార్యాలయాల ముందు తెలంగాణ యూనియన్ ఆఫ్ వర్కింగ్ జర్నలిస్టు ఆధ్వర్యంలో ధర్నా నిర్వహించాలని ఈ సందర్భంగా వారు పిలుపునిచ్చారు. అప్పటిలోపు ప్రభుత్వం జీఓ ను సవరించాలని తాము కోరుకుంటున్నామని, ఒకవేళ తాత్సారం చేస్తే రాజ్యాంగం కల్పించిన హక్కుగా ఆందోళన కార్యక్రమాలకు శ్రీకారం చుడతామని ఆ సంఘం రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి ఆస్కాని మారుతి సాగర్ ప్రకటించారు.
